As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for providing any technical support related to inventory system; monitoring of inventory level in each warehouse; transacting inventory adjustment and correction; preparing reports and performing warehouse - related transactions. You will work closely with the Material Management team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

 

  • Transacting inventory adjustments and corrections 

  • Performing materials receiving and issuance of materials, and other warehousing-related transactions 

  • Monitoring the level of stock in each warehouse and dispatch replenishment of depleted inventory level 

  • Serving as on-call personnel for issuance of materials during emergency need or after office hours. 

  • Loading and unloading Incoming and Outgoing materials in the delivery trucks or container van 

  • Operating Pallet Truck, Forklift, Power Stacker or Reach Truck, overhead, crane, cargo boom truck & Crane 

  • Performing Cycle count of materials 

  • Answering inquiries related to material availability & issuance transactions from users and co-workers 

  • Preparing gate pass of materials issued to users & buyers.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

 

  • With warehouse experience is an advantage

  • College level or has completed any vocational course

  • Driver’s License is an advantage

 

Technical / Functional Skills:

 

  • Has basic computer skills and file management
