Responsible for providing technical support related to the inventory system; monitoring inventory levels; transacting inventory, adjustment/correction; and performing warehouse-related transactions. 

  • Operations and Support:
    Transacting inventory adjustments and corrections.
    Performing materials receiving, issuance of materials, and other warehousing-related transactions.
    Monitoring stock levels and dispatching replenishment.
    Serving as on-call personnel for material issuance during emergencies or after office hours.
    Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing materials.
    Operating equipment such as Pallet Truck, Forklift, Power Stacker or Reach Truck, overhead crane, cargo boom truck, and Crane.
    Performing cycle counts of materials.
    Preparing gate passes for issued materials.
    Issuing tool accountability and safekeeping returned tools.
    Collaboration:
    Transacting inter-DU material requests and facilitating shipment.
    Coordinating the resolution of concerns related to the inventory system.
    Answering inquiries related to material availability and issuance.
  • Administrative & Others:
    Arranging MMD transaction documents.
    Ensuring compliance and adherence to ISO IMS, AMS, and other implemented management systems.
    Facilitating administrative tasks like requests for payments, purchase orders, and liquidations.

The position is responsible for providing any technical support related to inventory system; monitoring of inventory level in each warehouse; transacting inventory adjustment and correction,

preparing reports and performing warehouse-related transactions

 

Job responsibilities

 

The role involves tasks that are "Fully Supportive" unless otherwise noted:

  • Transact inter-DU material requests and facilitate shipment.
  • Coordinate resolution of inventory system concerns.
  • Transact inventory adjustments and corrections.
  • Perform materials receiving and issuance, and other warehousing-related transactions.
  • Monitor stock levels and dispatch replenishment of depleted inventory.
  • Serve as on-call personnel for material issuance during emergencies or after office hours.
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Operate Pallet Truck, Forklift, Power Stacker or Reach Truck, overhead crane, cargo boom truck & Crane.
  • Perform cycle count of materials.
  • Answer inquiries related to material availability and issuance.
  • Prepare gate pass of materials.
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to ISO IMS, AMS, and other implemented management system

 

 

Job Qualifications:

 

  • At least 2nd year college or K12 graduate and a graduate of vocational course.
  • Warehouse Solutions and Process Management: Level 3
  • Inventory System Management: Level 3
  • Vehicle and Material Handling Equipment Operations: Level 3
  • Material Transaction Analysis and Reconciliation: Level 3
  • Basic Awareness on Safety and Health: Level 2
  • Basic Awareness on Environmental Management: Level 2
