UX/UI Designer
Role Overview
The UX/UI Designer is part of the UX Management Office (UXMO), which supports multiple product and delivery teams by providing consistent UX practices, standards, and hands-on design support.
The role focuses on executing core UX and UI work while aligning outputs to shared design systems and best practices.
Minimum Experience

At least 2 years of professional experience in any of the following roles or equivalent fields:

UI Designer

UX Designer

UX/UI Designer

Web or Mobile Developer

UI/UX Developer

Equivalent experience in closely related roles with demonstrated UX/UI design work may be considered.

Work Arrangement
- Hybrid setup
- Onsite once a week, or as needed for workshops, reviews, and alignment sessions.

- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Portfolio demonstrating UX and UI work: User journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
- Porfolio should showcase: Case studies showing problem, approach, and outcome
- Applications without both a CV and portfolio will not be considered.
Core Responsibilities
- Support multiple teams by delivering user journey maps based on real use cases.
- Create wireframes from low to high fidelity.
- Build interactive prototypes for validation and alignment.
- Apply UX and UI design principles consistently across products.
- Maintain and improve design system components.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure design outputs are clear, structured, and ready for implementation.
- Design data dashboards, including layouts, hierarchy, filters, and data presentation patterns.
Required Core Skills
- User journey mapping.
- Wireframing.
- Prototyping.
- Design system maintenance in Figma.
- Data dashboard design fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of UX fundamentals and UI layout.
- Ability to design for consistency across multiple products.

- UI asset creation (icons, basic visuals, supporting assets)
