Technical Support
Job Description:
The Technical Support role is responsible for meeting or exceeding section targets and metrics by providing technical assistance to department operations. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Receiving complaints and cases.
- Generating and dispatching work orders to address complaints.
- Data extractions and handling, dashboard updating, and materials monitoring and requisition.
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning (Fully Responsible):
- Planning the efficient use of resources to implement assigned tasks and achieve section output.
- Developing a completion schedule that effectively allocates resources.
- Coordinating with team members and ensuring compliance with ISO IMS Manuals.
- Ancillary Duties (Fully Responsible):
- Recording and updating task monitoring sheets periodically.
- Participating in promoting 5S in the workplace.
- Filing employee time records, meal subsidies, and personal profile updates promptly.
- Monitoring stock of materials and preparing requisitions.
- Acting on and supporting company safety initiatives.
- Standing as a back-up and assuming urgent tasks as reasonably assigned by the Team Leader.
- Operations (Supportive):
- Handling complaints, generating and dispatching work orders, and providing updates on implementation.
- Verifying provider's documents for billing and facilitating payment requests.
- Acting as custodian to department's pertinent documents.
- Facilitating issuance, returns, and verifying condition of tools and materials.
- Processing vehicle registrations, renewals, transfer of ownership, and insurance claims (acting as LTO Liaison Officer).
- Receiving deliveries, issuing parts/supplies, monitoring stock, and requesting replenishment.
Job Qualifications
- Education: Registered Mechanical Engineer or a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology Major in Automotive.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in a related field.
- Leadership/Project Experience: None required.
