Job Description
Responsible in meeting or exceeding section targets and metrics by providing technical assistance to department
operations which may consist of, but not limited to, receiving complaints and cases, generation and dispatching of work
orders needed to address them, data extractions and handling, dashboard updating and materials monitoring and requisition.
Job Responsibilities
- Planning (Fully Responsible):
- Plans the efficient use of resources to implement assigned tasks.
- Develops a schedule for completion that effectively allocates resources.
- Coordinates with team members.
- Ensures compliance with ISO IMS Manuals.
- Operations (Partially Responsible):
- Handles complaints, generates/dispatches work orders, and provides updates/assistance for their implementation.
- Verifies provider's documents for billing and facilitates payment requests.
- Acts as a custodian for department documents.
- Facilitates issuance, returns, and verification of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Processes vehicle Certificate of Registrations, renewals, and ownership transfers of disposed vehicles.
- Processes vehicle and third-party insurance claims, and acts as the LTO Liaison Officer.
- Receives deliveries, issues parts/supplies to technicians, monitors stock inventory, and requests replenishment.
- Ancillary Duties (Fully Responsible):
- Records and updates task monitoring sheets periodically.
- Participates in promoting 5S in the workplace.
- Files employee time records and personal profile updates promptly.
- Monitors materials stock, prepares requisitions, and checks with Materials Management for delivery timeliness.
- Acts on and supports company safety initiatives.
- Stands as back-up for absent colleagues and assumes urgent tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
Job Description

- With at least 2 years of professional experience in a related field.
