JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for establishing and carrying out plans, monitoring and controls in the attainment of section goals by providing technical assistance which may consist of, but not limited to,
receiving complaints and cases, generation of work orders needed in accordance with company standards and safety policies, data extractions and handling, dashboard updating and materials monitoring.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Records and updates task monitoring sheets periodically
- Participates in promoting 5S in the workplace including service vehicles and locker rooms
- Monitors stock of materials needed in department operations and prepares requisition when necessary. Checks with Materials Management for the timeliness of the delivery or availability.
- Acts on and supports safety initiative of the company
- Stands as back-up to a fellow who is absent or on leave
- Readily assumes tasks requiring immediate or urgent attention that may be reasonably assigned by the Team Leader
- Gather data, analyses, conducts root cause analysis on problems affecting and recommends corrective actions
- Checks the output of the working group based on accepted standards and established Service Level Agreements
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
- Proficient in Google apps
- Must have a good communications skills both written and verbal
