Technical Sales Analyst
Mission of Function
To bridge the gap between sales, customers, and technical teams by providing data-driven analysis, technical expertise, and strategic support that enables the business to win new opportunities, retain customers, and deliver solutions that meet client needs effectively.
More concretely, the mission involves:
- Supporting Sales – equipping account managers with technical and market insights that improve deal success rates.
- Bridging Technical & Commercial – translating complex product/solution features into business value for customers.
- Customer-Centric Analysis – understanding client needs and designing tailored solutions backed by data.
- Optimizing Sales Performance – analyzing sales trends, pricing models, and product performance to recommend improvements.
- Enabling Growth – helping the organization win and retain customers through technical credibility and analytical rigor.
- Other Specific function includes but not limited to providing back-office support such as facilitate review, routing and compilation of documents such as but not limited to CIF, CAF, RRTT, RTB, PSA/ESA, pre and post contracting data and docs from both external and internal stakeholders and bid requirements (for complex and formal bids). Also includes budget alignment and monitoring, report preparation/consolidation and internal and external coordination as necessary.
Qualifications
- Preferably with 2 years’ related experience in technical analysis work or any related field (preferred but not required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business, Management, Engineering course preferably Industrial, Electrical and Mechanical and other engineering fields
