Role Summary: The Technical Assistant provides executive, administrative, financial, and operational support for the Stakeholder Relations and Permitting, Right-of-Way, Regulatory and Legal and Compliance team (SRRLC). This role ensures regulatory adherence, documentation accuracy, budget tracking, and seamless coordination between internal teams, government agencies, property owners, and senior management. 1 Business Operations |
Able to understand power industry and the AP business and use these knowledge to implement/support/recommend tactics and initiatives aligned to the direction of the OCOO and the organization |

2 Asset Management |
Able to understand and implement fixed asset policy and procedures followed by the organization; can maintain inventory of assets accurately including the monitoring of utilization, movement and status. Able to create reports and recommend policies and standards related to the continuous improvement of asset management process |

3 Market, Industry and Regulatory Updates |
Ability to conduct research, analyse and monitor market developments, develop roadmaps and formulate tactics and initiatives aligned to the company strategy; able to upkeep the organization with the changes in the market/industry/regulatory |

4 Document Management |
Able to properly organize and manage documents and records related to function; can comply to the procedure and policies of document management based on applicable standards |

5 Business Partnering |
Able to establish relationship through collaboration and partnership with business leaders/project teams in the identification and prioritization of initiatives/programs/projects including timely communication and resolution of concerns/issues related as well as monitoring of agreed plans/action items |
