Technical Assistant
The position holder provides technical and administrative assistance to RE Chief Finance Officer (RE CFO) for analysis, summaries and reports, including technical and financial presentations that will address the requirements of the Renewables Group.
The position holder also researches, prioritizes, and follows up on multiple incoming issues and concerns addressed to the RE CFO, including those of a sensitive and/or confidential nature; determines appropriate course of action, referral or response.
Outcomes Expected and Responsibilities:
- Works closely and coordinates with various internal stakeholders on behalf of the RE CFO for project updates, compliance monitoring, and other finance-related initiatives.
- Prepares, updates, maintains, and safeguards official files, documents, reports, and other relevant data or information.
- Participates in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations required by the Renewables Group or executive management.
- Provides leadership and support for special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed.
- Tracks the RE CFO’s tasks, priorities, and ongoing projects to ensure proper monitoring and timely completion of deliverables.
- Organizes internal and external meetings for the RE CFO, including scheduling, logistics, agenda preparation, and documentation of key discussions and actions.
- Coordinates and ensures timely routing and secure processing of documents requiring the RE CFO’s review and signature.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business, Engineering, or any related four-year course.
- With experience in providing high-level administrative or technical support to Executives.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Preferably with a background in Accounting and Finance.
