Talent Optimization, Culture and Engagement Supervisor
Job Summary
The Talent Optimization, Culture and Engagement Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the implementation of employee training plans as well as ensuring training effectiveness for organizational learning and growth. The position is also responsible for implementing and spearheading organizational development initiatives such as succession and talent management as well as driving the growth and conceptualization, implementation, and sustainability of employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Behavioral Sciences, or any related course.
- With at least 3 years of professional experience in the same field
- Preferably with relevant experience in talent optimization, engagement, competency, and performance management
- Leadership experience in driving cultural transformation or employee initiative is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels is highly preferred
