Talent Attraction and Retention Specialist
Job Summary
The HR Talent Attraction and Retention Specialist supports the organization’s manpower and people development needs by managing end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, training coordination, employee relations, and HR administration. This role ensures that HR policies, programs, and benefits are implemented effectively while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company standards. You will work closely with leaders, employees, external partners, and government agencies to help create a productive, inclusive, and engaging workplace.
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Process and validate manpower requests in accordance with the approved organizational structure
- Conduct applicant screening, interviews, and shortlisting based on job requirements and competency fit
- Coordinate interview schedules, background verification, medical examinations, and pre-employment requirements
- Prepare employment contracts, job descriptions, and other hiring-related documentation
- Facilitate onboarding activities, including company orientation and employee system access setup
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support employee engagement programs, company events, and wellness initiatives
- Administer employee medical benefits, sickness claims, and related reimbursements
- Coordinate employee uniforms and other welfare-related requirements
- Assist in addressing employee concerns and inquiries related to talent attraction and retention
- HR Administration and Compliance
- Support employee enrollment, updates, and transactions with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR
- Prepare talent acquisition reports, analytics, and variance analyses for management review
- Support HR audits, employee surveys, and corporate HR initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, EHS standards, and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or any related discipline.
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Talent Attraction, Recruitment, Employer Branding, and HR Operations.
- Experience in payroll administration is required.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, covering sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
- Working knowledge of modern talent sourcing strategies, including job portals, social media platforms, employee referral programs, job fairs, and campus recruitment partnerships.
- Willingness to be assigned on-site at Subic EnerZone, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Olongapo City.
