Systems Associate
Scope of Responsibilities:

Data Tasks
-
Handles the administration and maintenance of HR Systems including system issues and escalations

Provide support for the development of localized project initiatives.

Assist on research for current industry best practices, standards, trends, tools, and techniques related to HR Systems.

Maintains and monitors data objects used and stored for HR Systems and local digitalization projects including but not limited to preparation, creation, deletion, archiving and clean up

Ensure to implement data privacy and security in handling and processing data

Assists in the systems implementation to ensure smooth transition and implementation of enhancements and changes
-
Provide support on the documentation of all project-related documentations of localized initiatives from scoping, design, build, testing, change management.

Ensures that all data loaded in the system is accurate, complete and updated

SERVICE DELIVERY

Manages request from employees relating to data change request

Assist on the update and creation of information decks, advisories, and other communication materials
-
Prepares system enrollment, account activation & deactivation of employees and other onboarding / offboarding system requirements
-
Prepares periodic reports as necessary or requested including but not limited to system generated reports, completion and compliance reports and other status reports.

Job Qualification
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course.
