As Supply Chain Specialist, you will ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and timely procurement and delivery of goods and services to support the company's engineering projects and operations. This role is critical in managing the end-to-end supply chain process—including purchasing, logistics, contract and supplier management—while ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimizing inventory, and building strategic supplier partnerships to support business goals and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with AP DU Integrated Power Solutions to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Procurement Operations (Services & Goods)

  • Supplier and Contract Management

  • Logistics, Warehousing and Inventory

 

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

  • Smooth and efficient end to end supply chain operations

  • Improved supplier partnerships and cost management

  • Reduced delays in procurement and delivery timelines

  • Strong ownership and accountability of the supply chain function

 

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
  • Experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and logistics coordination.
  • Experience handling both services (subcontractors) and goods procurement.
  • Exposure to importation within Asia, including taxes and compliance.

Technical / Functional Skills:

  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms

  • Strong skills in supplier negotiation, contract management, and logistics coordination.
