Sr. Manager for Legal

The position is responsible for providing legal support in all matters assigned by the AVP - Legal, Head of Legal, or Thermal Regional COO, as the case may be, to meet the requirements of the Thermal BG and BUs, and to ensure that they are properly advised and protected from significant legal exposure. 

In certain instances, the Associate General Counsel may be assigned, on an exclusive or dedicated basis and for a predetermined period, to support the requirements of a specific Thermal Regional COOs or BUs, on a dotted-line reporting basis, under the general supervision of the AVP - Legal and Head of Legal.
