Shift Manager

The position is responsible for the management and coordination of activities in all operational areas during an assigned shift. The position also ensures that established policies and procedures are followed, whilst observing industry’s best practices to ensure safe, reliable, efficient, and sustainable plant generation within the established environmental units.
This position has full responsibility for the management and leadership associated with a dedicated shift team. During normal operating hours, this extends to the plant) excluding coal handling and the laboratory. However, outside of normal working hours, the role has full responsibility for all of the business unit, including coal handling and associated shift teams.
