Senior Treasury Trader
Mission of Function:
The Senior Treasury Trader is responsible for ensuring the effective management of financial risks across the Group by maintaining robust exposure monitoring, conducting in-depth risk analytics, and enforcing compliance with internal risk governance. The role delivers timely insights on interest rate and FX risks and executes hedging transactions to manage exposures in line with approved strategies.
The position also plays an active role in supporting projects and process improvement initiatives within Treasury Services. This includes contributing to the enhancement of risk reporting tools, data automation, and system integrations—ultimately driving operational efficiency, risk transparency, and stronger decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications:
Experience (No. of Years) Professional: At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Treasury functions
Leadership: None required
Project: Preferably have overseen a hedging program with ticket size of > $200M With hands-on experience in hedge designation and derivative valuation
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or any 4-year related course
Licenses: CPA is an advantage
Certifications: Certified Treasury Professional, CFA units, preferred but not required
