The position is primarily responsible for implementing the Innovation program through Agile activities. The role covers ideation and screening, planning, daily scrums, sprint review, sprint retrospectives, and the conduct of enabling sessions. The role is expected to champion the Agile mindset in initiatives - quality improvement projects, ditch it, and quickwins.
Education: Graduate of B.S. Industrial Engineering or any management/engineering degree.
Completed Agile Awareness Workshop and became a member of an Agile team as a Product Owner or Developer and willing to complete Agile Professional Training
