As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for executing and enforcing the company’s Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs, health initiatives, and field safety protocols.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Safety Audits & Field Operations:

Conduct regular OSH audits, field site inspections, and lineworks patrolling to assess operational risks and enforce hazard controls.

Perform Job Hazard Assessments (JHA) prior to project execution to identify and eliminate safety hazards.

Ensure personnel and contractor conformance to company safety standards and DOLE regulations.

Participate in and lead incident investigations, ensuring proper root cause analysis and reporting compliance.

What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree holder.

Professional Experience: At least two (2) years of work experience in Occupational Safety and Health.

Certifications: BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) certification / DOLE Safety Officer accreditation preferred.
