SHES Systems Supervisor

The SHES Systems Supervisor is responsible for the following:

·  Management of data analytics to support in establishing, improving and implementing governance and programs to build and sustain a proactive SHES management culture

·  Preparation of AboitizPower SHES Standard reports that will enable an effective and efficient governance through performance monitoring

·  Manages the SHES Systems including but not limited to Watch App (for behavioral based safety program), Incident Reporting and Investigation platforms, Audit findings recording and resolution, SHE Maturity Index etc.

·   Conducts trainings and cascade to BUs regarding SHE Systems related programs.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Expert in google sheet and exposed in using google apps script (programming language)
  • Has background in programming or can analyze codes, maintaining tools and troubleshoot
  • Knowledgeable in App Sheet or any app development tool is an advantage
  • Others: Experience in data analytics and dashboarding, preferably related to the areas of SHE

  • Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any 4-year science related course
