This position is responsible  for supporting the Risk and Business Continuity Manager in the following areas:

  • Ensure that Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme activities (i.e., Business Impact Analysis, Threat Assessment, Business Continuity Strategy Design, Plan Documentation and Exercises) are completed accurately as scheduled.
  • Development and implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) governance documents, programs, and initiatives which includes but not limited to plan documentation, and capability building.
  • Development and implementation of Incident Management (IM) governance documents, programs, and initiatives which includes but not limited to plan documentation, capability building, IM Plan implementation and exercises.
  • Integration of Business Continuity Management (BCM) to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs and initiatives.
  • Alignment of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Incident Management (IM) with other Management Disciplines (i.e., Quality Assurance, Data Privacy, Information Security, Information Technology etc.,).
  • Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Incident Management (IM) performance and budget monitoring, tracking and reporting, 
  • Horizon scanning and forecasting of Events that may have impact on business continuity of Aboitiz Power (AP).
  • Management, monitoring and reporting of actual Incident and/or Crisis.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned within Aboitiz Power Enterprise Risk Management (AP ERM) .

 

 Experience (No. of Years)
  • At least (2) years' combined experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Incident Management, Crisis Management or other related management disciplines.
  • Power industry experience is preferred but not required.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any 4-year undergraduate course.
  • Master's Degree in Disaster Risk Management, an advantage.
  • Basic to Advance Training in ISO 22301 or 3100.
Certifications
  • Professional Individual Certifications in BCI, DRII or ICOR, preferred but not required.
