As Risk Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the execution of the Risk Finance activities and program providing overall risk-related support for all AP and BU sites and functions and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Risk Management Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Ensuring that Risk Finance deliverables are complied with accurately and on-time, which includes providing assistance/coordination during the renewal of insurance programs and sending out reminders for timely submission of renewal information, claims documentation, and premium payments

• Review and reconciliation of insurance policy terms and invoices at binding to protect from errors that could cause gaps in coverage or incorrect premium costs

• Analysis of insurance and risk engineering reports

• Preparation of management reports

• Risk Technical Skills

• Critical thinking and analytical skills

• Planning, coordination and organization skills

• Has good interpersonal skill in convincing users and process owners on the efficacy of the new / enhanced processes.

• Ability to cope under pressure

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering course

• At least 3-5 years equivalent experience in risk management, power industry and related fields

• Knowledge in insurance industry and markets

• Certifications: Relevant Risk Management, Insurance or Business Continuity Management certification/trainings required
