Revenue Management Specialist
Job Summary
The Revenue Management Specialist is responsible for processing customer payments for electric bills, deposits, and other transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Process daily over-the-counter payments and issue official receipts.
- Ensure timely posting of customer payments, including walk-in transactions and third-party collections.
- Manage and pursue overdue accounts to maintain cash flow and reduce delinquencies.
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and resolve collection concerns.
- Oversee payment arrangements and facilitate reconnections and disconnections of accounts as necessary.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably at least 1-2 years of professional experience in revenue management, billing, collections, or cash handling.
- With experience in billing, collections, or customer service is an advantage.
- Preferably with extensive knowledge of government regulations related to billing and collections.
