The Internal Compliance Supervisor is the overall in-charge in monitoring the overall compliance of Retail to internal policies and guidelines.

 

The role shall work very closely with the Retail Sales team in ensuring that all contracts and approval forms are duly reviewed and approved by AP Legal and the Head of Commercial Operations in order to maximize financial gains and minimize legal and commercial risks of AP Retail Contracts.

 

The role shall also be responsible for building the contracts database of Retail and in maintaining Retail Electricity Supply Contracts, Power Supply Agreements, and other relevant contracting documents up to date.

 

Requires at least 3 years of related experience in paralegal services, preferably with knowledge of the power industry and contract negotiations.
