As Retail Billing and Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and analysis of power bills for designated Business Units (BUs) within the Revenue Cycle Management team. This role acts as a critical link between contractual obligations and financial execution, ensuring compliance with complex Power Supply Agreements (PSAs) while monitoring collections and maintaining high Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Revenue Cycle Management to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Contracts Understanding

  • Preparation of the Power Bill

  • Customer Care

  • Monitoring

  • Reports & Records Maintenance

 

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

  • Mastery of the use of spreadsheet software and other computer software and their application in the creation of financial models and templates

  • Ability to understand contract provisions and translate these into accurate financial terms and obligations of customers for billing purposes

  • Keen analytical ability to read and interpret financial and technical data

  • Ability to turn in accurate and complete work even under pressure

 

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Computer Science, or any 4-year business course

  • Professional experience: None required

  • License Required: CPA, preferred but not required
