Reputation and Stakeholder Management Sr. Specialist
Identify potential community concerns and execute proactive measures to mitigate effects, including the implementation and management of a community grievance mechanism.
Extend assistance to BU Site management team on matters that would require community support.
Receives community grievances and identifies options or strategies to address said grievances.
Monitor and audit the implementation of CSR and ER 1-94 projects and ensure its timely completion.
Support in maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to garner an understanding of their needs, set expectations and ensure outcomes.
Supports RSM Manager in sustaining the relationships with the relevant stakeholders to compliment and facilitate the short and long-term business objectives of the Company.
For assigned key stakeholders - Liases with TLI Operations and Maintenance team and the community in managing situations when certain plant activities would cause discomfort or disturbance to the community.
