As a Reputation Enhancement Manager, you will oversee the overall operations of Corporate Communications in attaining favorable image and reputation of the company to its stakeholders and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Reputation Enhancement team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Managing media relations.

Reviewing and approving all information released to the media including all correspondence to external stakeholders involving reputational issues to ensure that it conforms with Company goals and objectives by directing the development of messages and storylines.

Ensuring the prompt response to media inquiries and requests.

Acting as the Official Spokesperson on all issues affecting the company (media interviews, presscon, PRs and Holding Statements).

Timely releasing and efficiently disseminating information and other materials to all possible media outlets including drafting/editing of press releases and official statements ensuring technical and factual accuracy of all information.

Ensuring proper management of company website, Social media sites and all other customer touchpoints affecting reputational aspects.

Building and maintaining internal and external networks to facilitate message delivery.

Conceptualizing, designing or creating a layout and overseeing the production of Company newsletter, advertising materials and all other information materials.

Managing the Media and Customer Relations Team for contingency operations.

What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in a related field.

At least 2 years in a leadership role.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree
Technical / Functional Skills:

Familiar with Google Workspace (Sheets, Maps, Drive)
