Job Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance
- Prepare and submit monthly Depreciation Fund Utilization Reports to Regulatory Team
- Prepare Financial Portion of ERC Annual Report, including BSUP Financial Statements as applicable
- Review and update the Allocation Factors of the Accounting Cost Allocation Manual (ACAM) in coordination with AP Regulatory Finance.
- Prepare computation and initiate Request for Payment of Universal Charges (UC) and Feed-in-Tariff-Allowance (Fit-All) Remittances
- Handle UC and Fit-All reconciliation of its billing, collection and remittance
- Submit the electronic and paper requirements for UC and Fit-All billing and collection reports
- Prepare requirements for annual audit of Universal Charges and submit the audited UC Report to PSALM
- Preparation of Subsidiary Ledger for Regulatory related accounts and reconciliation with the General Ledger
- Coordinate with General Accounting for the submission of requirements to interim and annual audits
- Handle the compliance of Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Reports including the monthly EZMPR (Ecozone Monthly Performance Report)
- Handle the compliance of other regulatory reporting requirements such as but not limited to on-demand reports of ERC and other regulatory bodies. Handle internal regulatory data requests from AP Regulatory.
- Coordinate with AP Regulatory and DU operations for any ad hoc regulatory financial compliances such as filings/applications and queries from regulatory bodies
- Handle the compliance to National Statistics Office (NSO) / Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)/ Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and related banks’ Annual and Quarterly Surveys
Audit Compliance and Records Management
- Implement a file management system to make sure that documents can be easily retrieved and to prevent loss and unauthorized access or usage
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting
- Willing to work on a fixed term employment.
