As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will manage the preparation and timely submission of vital energy reports and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Utility Economics Department and internal teams like Engineering and Customer Service to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Prepare and submit regular reportorial requirements to energy regulating bodies including the ERC, DOE, and PEMC.
  • Manage reporting for Net Metering, DER, CREM, GEOP, and RAP, while facilitating the enrollment of Contestable Customers into RCOA.
  • Collate and centralize regulatory reports from Engineering and Customer Service departments to ensure full compliance monitoring.
  • Prepare technical presentations for RCOA customers, LGUs, and other organizations. 
  • Maintain a systematic records management system to ensure document availability and act as the document management administrator for the department.

  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills in interpreting performance data and creating visual representations for stakeholders.
  • Is highly organized and disciplined in meeting strict regulatory deadlines and submission windows.
  • Is a collaborative team player capable of coordinating across multiple departments (Engineering, Customer Service, and AP Regulatory).
  • Is adaptable and willing to assume urgent tasks or act as a reliever for other analytical roles when necessary.


What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in BS Mathematics, Economics or Accounting.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply ($n/a$ years of professional experience required).

Technical / Functional Skills:

  • Knowledge of ERC and DOE regulations and applicable energy laws.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis and Trend Interpretation, including the ability to consolidate performance indicators.
  • Familiarity with rate-making techniques and the ability to convert costs and assets into distribution rates.
  • Basic awareness of ISO IMS (Integrated Management System), safety, and health standards.
