As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting conformity assessment and review of finished work order tasks done by contractors, including its recommendation for correctness of application on standards construction; and data for payment of per-task activities claimed by Contractors. You will work closely with the Contracted Services Management team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Monitoring the completeness and effectiveness of service provider submissions to ensure compliance with technical requirements of implemented work or field orders.

• Validating completed work order tasks performed by contractors to confirm accuracy and adherence to standards.

• Conducting conformity assessments through actual field surveys and random inspections of finished work order tasks.

• Performing field surveys, warehouse inspections, and tools inspections, as well as other related activities to ensure the safe and proper implementation of assigned work or field orders.

• Documenting any inadequacies or deviations from standards, whether intentional or unintentional, and coordinating with concerned parties for proper resolution.

• Pays strong attention to detail when reviewing contractor submissions and completed work orders.

• Conducts accurate field validation, inspections, and conformity assessments.

• Identifies and documents deviations from standards clearly and objectively.

• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and technical requirements.

• Communicates findings effectively and works with concerned parties for resolution

• Demonstrates accountability, integrity, and consistency in quality control tasks.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

• Registered Electrical Engineer

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Ability to conduct conformity assessments and evaluate completed work order tasks performed by contractors in accordance with company construction standards.

• Familiarity with monitoring the completeness and effectiveness of service provider submissions for technical compliance and accuracy.

• Capable of performing warehouse inspections, tools inspections, and other related field checks to ensure safe and proper implementation of work orders.

• Knowledge of documenting and reporting deviations, inadequacies, and non-conformities for proper resolution by concerned parties.

• Understanding of quality control processes, compliance monitoring, and enforcement of construction standards in field operations.
