Project Staff for Materials Management
Responsible for providing technical support related to the inventory system; monitoring inventory levels; transacting inventory, adjustment/correction; and performing warehouse-related transactions.
- Operations and Support:
- Transacting inventory adjustments and corrections.
- Performing materials receiving, issuance of materials, and other warehousing-related transactions.
- Monitoring stock levels and dispatching replenishment.
- Serving as on-call personnel for material issuance during emergencies or after office hours.
- Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing materials.
- Operating equipment such as Pallet Truck, Forklift, Power Stacker or Reach Truck, overhead crane, cargo boom truck, and Crane.
- Performing cycle counts of materials.
- Preparing gate passes for issued materials.
- Issuing tool accountability and safekeeping returned tools.
- Collaboration:
- Transacting inter-DU material requests and facilitating shipment.
- Coordinating the resolution of concerns related to the inventory system.
- Answering inquiries related to material availability and issuance.
- Administrative & Others:
- Arranging MMD transaction documents.
- Ensuring compliance and adherence to ISO IMS, AMS, and other implemented management systems.
- Facilitating administrative tasks like requests for payments, purchase orders, and liquidations.
- Minimum Education Requirement: At least 2nd year college or K12 graduate and a graduate of a vocational course.
