Project Staff for Materials Management
Warehouse Associate-Project Base
The role is responsible for providing technical support related to the inventory system; monitoring inventory levels; transacting inventory adjustments and corrections; preparing reports; and performing warehouse-related transactions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities (Operations and Support)
- Transact Inventory adjustments and corrections.
- Perform materials receiving, issuance of materials, and other warehousing-related transactions.
- Monitor stock levels and dispatch replenishment of depleted inventory.
- Serve as on-call personnel for material issuance during emergencies or after office hours.
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (e.g., Pallet Truck, Forklift, Power Stacker, Reach Truck, overhead crane, cargo boom truck & Crane).
- Perform Cycle count of materials.
Competencies and Education
- Required Proficiency Level: A level 3 is required for Warehouse Operation and Management, Warehouse Solutions and Process Management, Inventory System Management, Vehicle and Material Handling Equipment Operations, and Material Transaction Analysis and Reconciliation.
- Education: College Graduate

Job Qualifications:
- Musr be College Graduate
- Experience in Warehouse or logistics is an advantage
- Can operate operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks (certification is a plus)
- With High Level of Attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and labeling
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
