The position is responsible for providing any technical support related to inventory system; monitoring of inventory level in each warehouse; transacting inventory adjustment and correction, preparing reports and performing warehouse-related transactions.

Job Description:

The position is responsible for providing any technical support related to inventory system; monitoring of inventory level in each warehouse; transacting inventory adjustment and correction, preparing reports and performing warehouse-related transactions.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  1. Transact Inventory adjustments and corrections
  2. Perform materials receiving and issuance of materials, and other warehousing-related transactions.
  3. Monitor the level of stock in each warehouse and dispatch replenishment of depleted inventory level.
  4. Load and Unload Incoming and Outgoing materials in the delivery trucks or container van
  5. Operates Pallet Truck, Forklift, Power Stacker or Reach Truck, overhead crane, cargo boom truck & Crane
  6. Perform Cycle count of materials
  7. Readily assumes tasks requiring immediate or urgent attention that may be reasonably assigned by the Team Leader
  8. Ensures compliance and adherence to ISO IMS, AMS and other implemented management system

Job Qualifications:

  1. College Graduate
  2. Warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage 
  3. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks (certification is a plus)
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and labeling
  5. Strong teamwork and communication skills
  6. Commitment to following safety policies and company procedures
