As Project Staff - Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately mapping and documenting our critical infrastructure assets, conducting on-site surveys, collecting precise data using advanced tools, and ensuring the integrity of our asset records in order to deliver continuous and reliable power supply to customers.. and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Geographic Information SystemsTeam to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Asset Mapping and Documentation: Conduct on-site surveys of infrastructure assets, including poles, transformers, and lines, utilizing various mapping techniques and technologies. Accurately document the location, specifications, and condition of these assets.

Data Collection and Validation: Employ surveying instruments and other relevant tools to collect precise spatial and attribute data. Rigorously validate collected data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to data standards.

Progress Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports summarizing survey activities, data collected, and any challenges encountered. Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of survey findings, methodologies, and equipment used.

Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety standards, regulations, and company protocols during field operations. Identify and report any potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Team Coordination and Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate effectively with other team members, including engineers, GIS specialists, and project managers, to ensure seamless data integration and project alignment. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders as required.

What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:

Electrical Engineering Graduate or Any Electrical Related Courses
Technical / Functional Skills:

Strong technical skills in asset mapping, surveying techniques, and spatial/attribute data collection

Ability to employ surveying instruments and software tools for data validation and progress reporting
