As a Revenue Recovery Staff member, you will handle back billing, revenue recovery computations, and account reconciliation under the Revenue Management Department (RMD).

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Pilferage Computation & Back Billing: Compute and evaluate back billing charges for apprehended customers involved in reported meter tampering and illegal electricity connections.
Billing Negotiation & Payment Settlement: Negotiate billing settlements with apprehended customers, collecting full payments or establishing structured installment payment terms.
Infrastructure Damage Cost Recovery: Calculate and process cost recovery billings for utility equipment damage resulting from accidents, including bumped distribution poles and line strikes.
Account Reconciliation & Anomaly Detection: Review customer records to spot discrepancies, reconcile ledger balances, and resolve billing disputes with high precision.

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

[Quality 1]: Numerically Sharp & Analytical: Highly skilled at spotting ledger discrepancies, calculating complex adjustments, and reconciling billing balances.
[Quality 2]: Diplomatic & Firm Negotiator: Able to navigate sensitive discussions, handle difficult inquiries, and negotiate payment arrangements with apprehended customers calmly and effectively.
[Quality 3]: Detail-Oriented Auditor: Meticulous in documenting evidence, calculating material and labor recovery costs, and auditing customer accounts.
[Quality 4]: Customer Service-Oriented: Maintains professionalism, empathy, and composure during high-conflict customer disputes.

Education & Experience:

Education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Finance, or any business-related course.
Experience: Open to fresh graduates; no prior professional experience required.
Supervisory Experience: None required.
License / Certification: None required.
Driver's License: Not required.
