Line Specialist

The Line Specialist is responsible for achieving team goals by performing work orders for the installation, maintenance, and testing of metering facilities. They resolve issues in line construction and maintenance to help the team meet targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Coordination

-Plan and allocate resources efficiently, develop work schedules, and coordinate tasks with team members.

Operations & Implementation

-Execute work orders for installation or rehabilitation.
-Perform field and meter shop testing, prepare project documents, and conduct voltage correction procedures.

Support & Documentation

-Record and update monitoring sheets, report field results to the supervisor.
-Manage material stock and requisitions.
-Participate in safety and workplace organization (5S) initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

-1–2 years in line operations, production, or process management.

Core Competencies (High Proficiency)

-Operational efficiency, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, time management, and numerical proficiency.

Technical Knowledge:

-Basic knowledge of line equipment, production standards, safety protocols, and documentation.
-Knowledge of Appsheet and RPA is a plus.

Other Requirements:

Preferably with a non-professional driver’s license (Code 1 and 2) for more than 6 months
