Quality Assurance Specialist
The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that products, services, and processes meet quality standards through monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Monitoring: Monitor processes and outputs to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
Process Improvement: Identify gaps and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
Audits & Compliance: Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports, analyze performance data, and maintain accurate records of assessments and corrective actions.
Training & Support: Guide and train employees on quality standards and best practices to promote continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of any four- or five-year course (preferably BSEE).
Experience:
-At least 2 years in engineering or administrative operations.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Core Competencies (High Proficiency):
-Quality Monitoring, Process Improvement, Data Analysis, Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving, Communication.
Knowledge:
-General knowledge of company processes is an advantage.
-Proficient in computer office applications.
Other Requirements:
Preferably with a non-professional driver’s license (Code 1 and 2) for more than 6 months
