As Project Staff - Expediter, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient closure of purchase orders by monitoring and expediting the end-to-end delivery of materials and equipment. You will work closely with the Procurement Logistics Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Resolving outstanding purchase orders and delivery issues.

Addressing payment complications resulting from the Fusion migration.

Completing data cleanup activities to ensure readiness for upcoming project orchestration within the specified project period.
To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

Possesses strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Has the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

Demonstrates proficiency in handling data cleanup and procurement monitoring tasks efficiently.
What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:

A Graduate of any four-year Business-related course.
Technical / Functional Skills:

Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, is preferred.
