Job Description:

Responsible for the creation of Davao Light's Emergency Response Playbook. A process flow for emergency call - related activities. He/She may be required to handle Call taking, Call dispatching, trouble call restoration, database analysis and any other emergency call related activities necessary for the completion of the said playbook.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and regularly update task monitoring sheets.
Actively participate in promoting 5S principles within the workplace, including service vehicles and locker rooms.
Promptly file and update employee time records, meal subsidies, and personal profile information.
Monitor and manage departmental material stock, initiating requisitions as needed and coordinating with Materials Management for timely delivery.
Support and implement company safety initiatives.
Provide backup support for absent or on-leave colleagues.
Undertake urgent or immediate tasks as reasonably assigned by the Team Leader.
Ensure strict compliance and adherence to ISO IMS, AMS, and other implemented management systems.

Job Qualifications:

1. Registered Electrical Engineer
2. Knowledgeable to Google Office/Apps or Office docs is an advantage
