As Project Staff - Distribution Network Department, you will be responsible in meeting or exceeding section targets and metrics by attending to and addressing issues and concerns regarding line construction and maintenance which directly impact the section in attaining its goals and objectives, and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world.

You will work closely with the Distribution Network Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lateral Line Correction and Network Improvements: Manage and execute lateral line corrections and network improvements to enhance distribution efficiency.

• Line Network Inspection: Conduct routine inspections of the line network to identify maintenance and construction needs.

• Line Design and Estimate: Prepare accurate line designs and cost estimates for network projects.

• Work Order Creation: Generate formal work orders to initiate line construction and maintenance activities.

• Work Order Updating: Monitor and update the status of active work orders throughout their lifecycle.

• Ensuring RAB Accuracy: Review and verify network data to ensure the accuracy of the Regulatory Asset Base (RAB).

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

• Competently handles line design, technical estimation, and network data verification.

• Strictly adheres to safety protocols, ensuring all line construction and maintenance activities are performed with a "zero-harm" mindset for themselves and the community. 

•  Completes all work orders, technical evaluations, and asset updates with high precision and in full compliance with company standards.

What You Will Need:  

Education & Experience: 

• A Graduate in BSEE (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering).

• With a Professional Driver's License (motorcycle and 4-wheel vehicles).

Technical / Functional Skills: 

• Proficiency in structural line design, estimation techniques, and work order management systems.

• Strong capabilities in network inspection and verifying data integrity for regulatory and asset tracking.
