Project Staff - Customer Service Representative (Panabo)
Job Description:
The Project Staff - Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring the timely updating of cases related to Complaint – Erroneous Consumption through tickets and customer requests. This role also includes processing billing adjustments due to erroneous readings.
Job Responsibilities:
-Monitor cases related to Complaint – Erroneous Consumption
-Ensure proper filing and retrieval of documents (Service Contracts)
-Create FA/FO for inspections due to miscodes and illegal reconnections
-Process billing adjustments due to high consumption (HighCon) and erroneous readings
Job Qualifications:
-College graduate of any business-related course
-Preferably knowledgeable in CRM processes, CCB, MDM, and Zendesk systems
-Proficient in using Google applications
