Project Readiness

  • Implements the project execution readiness review with Project Development ensuring all pre-execution requirements are ready prior to acceptance of Project Execution

  • Conducts project readiness and compliance reviews to ensure all deliverables are completed and criteria are met before advancing to the next phase gate

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to address any issues 

  • Develops and implements strategies to improve the project readiness process

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of project readiness activities

  • Report on project readiness status to the management and relevant stakeholder

  • Facilitate Financial Investment Decision (FID) readiness reviews, prepare decision support packages, and present status updates to management.

  • Maintain readiness dashboards, KPIs, and registers to monitor progress, highlight critical issues, and support informed decision-making.

Project Turnover

  • Conducts the implementation of the project turnover readiness process from Project Execution to Operation

  • Facilitates project compliance reviews before project turnover to the operating business unit

  • Coordinates with PDE departments to ensure that Operational Readiness Review requirements are complete

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to address any issues 

  • Develops and implements strategies to improve the project turnover process

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of project turnover activities

  • Report on project turnover status to the management and relevant stakeholder

Others

  • Conforms to the company’s Quality, Environmental,

  • Occupational Health and Safety, and Asset Management Systems policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 55000 Standards.

  • Reports Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety events/incidents, potential events, or other security risks to the organization/ committees-in-charge.

  • Protects information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference in accordance with ISMS policies

  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities that the TL may assign 

 

Qualifications:

Experience (No. of Years) Professional: At least [3] years experience in project management, project readiness or a related field, 2-3 years in project audits Leadership: At least [3] years experience in leading and managing a team Project: At least [3] years experience in renewable energy projects 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer or any related course

Licenses: None required

Certifications: Professional individual certification on Project Management, preferred but not required
