Project Draftsman

Responsibilities:

1. Drawing and detailing of civil scopes for line and substation projects such as fences, guardhouse, control & battery building, equipment mountings and foundations, road, trenches, bus structures, pedestals, etc.
2. Detailing of substation structures for electrical, such as bus, line, equipment and connections
3. Bid documents preparation and As-built drawings finalization/consolidations
4. Conduct field survey or site inspections, with assigned project engineer/s

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in drawing and detailing software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in drafting, preferably within the construction or utility industry
4. Good written communication and has the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
5. Strong work ethic with the ability to meet tight deadlines
