As the primary guardian of project profitability, the Business Development Project Controller manages the full financial lifecycle from initiation to close-out. The role is the vital bridge between Finance and Operations, ensuring that project execution aligns with financial targets. Beyond tracking numbers, you will drive organizational change by identifying efficiencies and ensuring compliance with global project management standards.

 

The key responsibilities of the role include: 

  1. Full Lifecycle Management: Own the financial health of projects from initial setup and budgeting through to final reconciliation and close-out.

  2. Revenue & Cost Integrity: Execute accurate cost tracking, maintain strict budget adherence, and perform rigorous revenue recognition.

  3. Strategic Partnership: Act as a co-pilot to Project Managers, ensuring every peso spent protects the projected margin and every milestone is accurately billed.

  4. Operational Improvement & Reporting: Provide integrated reporting that drives action on how the organization can optimize operations and meet project management standards.

Qualification Requirements:

Leadership

Qualifications :

  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience as project controller exposed to various construction projects specializing in revenue and cost management

  • Ideally has been involved from initiation to project closeout

  • Hands-on experience in construction management, cost estimation or a related field 

  • Leadership and Teamwork: Experience in leading teams or working collaboratively within a project management team

  • With background and knowledge in Cost Management Plan and Earned Value Analysis

  • Oracle Knowledge (Preferable)

  • Power BI Knowledge (Preferable)

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Features

  • Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting preferred
