As a Project-Based Warehouse Optimization Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting Project Aktiv, a strategic initiative aimed at improving asset management accuracy, data integrity, and operational efficiency within the Distribution Utility. You will assist in interim processes related to asset registration and retirement, ensuring proper documentation and alignment of asset records across systems used for work construction activities and asset lifecycle management. This role involves supporting the validation and organization of warehouse assets, optimizing rack utilization, and ensuring proper segregation and accountability of expense and inventory items. You will also contribute to warehouse mapping activities and help address gaps in asset data accuracy to support reliable reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective financial management. You will work closely with the Materials Management team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• • Trace, validate, and transact all Typhoon-related pending transactions and warehouse backlogs.
  • Assist in clearing system vs physical inventory discrepancies.
  • Support documentation and monitoring of warehouse clean-up and optimization activities.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, CSMD, and other concerned teams for reconciliation and closure of issues.
  • Assist in organizing records and reports related to inventory status and backlog resolution.
  • Perform other warehouse optimization tasks necessary to support project objectives.
  • Assist in aligning current process/practice with Project Aktiv's

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

• Has strong attention to detail in segregating and accounting inventory and expense items in warehouse racking systems.

• Is organized and capable of managing warehouse mapping and storage documentation efficiently.

• Works well with others in maintaining accurate inventory control and warehouse coordination.

• Communicates clearly when updating location records and asset information.

• Demonstrates problem-solving skills in identifying storage and inventory discrepancies.

• Is adaptable to changing warehouse layouts, priorities, and operational needs.

• Can work with minimal supervision

• Values accuracy, accountability, and proper documentation in all warehouse activities.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder (Business-Related Field)

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Ability to perform segregation, accounting, and control of expense items and inventory materials in warehouse racking systems.

• Familiarity with warehouse operations is an advantage.

• Willing to perform physical inventory checks.
