Responsible for assisting and implementing the company's strategic function of reputation management through internal and external corporate communications for North Davao expansion stakeholders. Also assists in the cascade and execution of critical branding initiatives.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

External Communication & Media Relations:

Assist in creating and developing innovative programs designed to maintain the company’s brand and reputation.
Handle creatives, press releases, media requests, and social media communications.
Coordinate the production of various information, education, and communication (IEC) materials and activities.

Internal Communication & Event Management:

Manage events and handle the thorough documentation of identified company activities, such as business briefings.
Readily assume tasks requiring immediate or urgent attention as reasonably assigned by the Team Leader.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

Education: College Graduate (preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field).
Experience: No formal professional, leadership, or project experience is strictly required (Entry/Specialist level).

Technical / Functional Skills:

Project & Events Management: Advanced proficiency in coordinating logistics, timelines, and execution for internal and external corporate events.
Corporate Identity & Branding: Solid mastery of safeguarding brand assets, design layouts, and driving consistent corporate identity standards.
Media & Digital Communications: Deep knowledge of media relations frameworks, digital tool monitoring, and handling active corporate social media profiles.
Safety & Systems Awareness: Practical understanding of IMS frameworks (occupational health and safety), environmental solid waste management guidelines, hazardous chemical handling, and basic electrical safety.
