As a Project-Based Associate – Receiving Optimization, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient execution of warehouse receiving and asset management activities to ensure accurate inventory records and improved operational visibility. This role focuses on strengthening receiving and documentation processes to prevent inventory discrepancies, misallocation of materials, and delays in record updates, ensuring smooth and reliable warehouse operations. You will work closely with the Materials Management team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Supporting the accounting and reconciliation of expense items, including old deliveries pending proper distribution and closure.

• Coordinating and distributing warehouse items to the correct end users and ensuring proper acknowledgment and documentation of receipt.

• Identifying items for disposal and preparing the necessary documentation to support proper disposition and compliance.

• Mapping, updating, and maintaining the location records of all non-network and expense assets stored in the warehouse for improved visibility and control.

• Creating and maintaining wire monitoring and tracking records to ensure accurate asset visibility and management.

• Validating incoming deliveries, tagging items requiring Component IDs, and ensuring complete and accurate documentation.

• Ensuring all tagged, received, and distributed materials are properly recorded in a centralized system for traceability and accountability.

• Supporting alignment of receiving, tagging, and distribution activities with the existing Asset Tagging workflow to ensure process consistency and accuracy.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• College Level or High School Graduate

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Ability to handle inventory receiving, reconciliation, and validation of warehouse deliveries and expense items.

• Skilled in maintaining accurate asset records, tagging items, and updating centralized inventory systems.

• Experience in coordinating distribution of materials to end users and ensuring proper documentation and acknowledgment.

• Basic computer literacy skills (Excel/system encoding)
