Job Summary

 

The Procurement & Logistics Specialist will oversee the complete procurement cycle and logistics operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services for the EnerZone Group. This role is tasked with sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing materials, as well as coordinating importation, delivery, and supplier performance, all while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

 

  • Review and process purchase requisitions and supplier quotations.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders through the ERP system.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
  • Monitor the procurement process from request to delivery.
  • Coordinate customs clearance and manage import documentation.
  • Track deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment across EnerZone locations.
  • Assist with bidding, scrap disposal, and compliance with procurement policies.

 

 

Job Qualifications

 

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Customs, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in procurement, logistics, materials management, or supply chain operations is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience in procurement, purchasing operations, logistics processes, effective supplier management, importation procedures, and customs documentation and clearance (including BOC, PEZA, and SBMA) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (such as Oracle) and customs procedures is beneficial.
