As Pole Attachment Specialist, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding section targets and metrics by conducting inspection and verification of pole attachments applications, audit inspection on existing attachments for compliance to standards, random compliance audit on telco personnel performing pole attachment-related works, planning and implementing (work order) pole attachment correction activities/projects, and performing assigned tasks to ensure all service level agreements and key performance indicators are all met by the section and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with AP DU Pole2Pole to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Planning
  • Plans the efficient use of resources required to implement the tasks assigned to achieve the section's programs and output
  • Develop a schedule for completion that effectively allocates the resources to the duties
  • Coordinates with fellow team members in carrying out assignment
• Administrative
  • Ensure one’s personal goals and development plans are aligned with the organization's objectives and attained in the best means possible.
  • Monitor and recommend requirements on materials and equipment to perform one's role and responsibility.
  • Facilitates necessary administrative tasks for regular company procedures such as but not limited to requests for payments, purchase orders and liquidations.
• Operations
  • Ensures execution of all work tasks to achieve SLAs/KPIs
  • Conducts Safety Orientation to Pole Users’ employees especially the field workers and to other individuals or groups who will perform pole attachment-related works on AP DU and jointly-owned poles
  • Provides assistance and answers to Pole Users’ queries and process concerns
  • Conducts random field audits and inspection
  • Generates Pole User violation reports and notices.
  • Generates section performance reports
  • Oversees removal (and cutting) of Pole Users’ attachments
  • Plans and generate work orders for pole attachment correction and removal activities as well as for maintenance and projects (i.e. telco bracket installation)
  • Participate on reviews of current processes to create and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes for improved efficiency and performance
  • Generate work orders for pole attachment-related activities
  • Ensures implementation of other assigned tasks not listed above
• Others
  • Ensures compliance and adherence to ISO IMS, AMS and other implemented management systems
  • Readily assumes tasks requiring immediate or urgent attention that may be reasonably assigned by the Team Leader
  • Participates in promoting 5S in the workplace including service vehicles and locker rooms

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

• Possesses knowledge on the strategies and processes of engaging stakeholders.

• Possesses knowledge on the entire pole attachment process from request to approval.

• Possesses know-how on pole attachments standard constructions and specifications, & location map reading.

• Able to maintain, secure, and care for records to ensure easy retrieval when needed.
