As Plant Supervior, you will be responsible for leading the wind

farm’s efforts towards the efficient implementation and proper execution of plant operations whilst establishing sound stakeholder engagement between external contacts and

therefore maintaining industry standard availability, reliability and plant efficiency factors or higher and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Plant Manager to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Supervise the daily operations and maintenance of WTGs and BOP equipment 

  • Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations while achieving availability and generation targets. 

  • Lead and develop the site team and coordinate maintenance activities, contractors, and OEMs. 

  • Monitor plant performance and implement actions to minimize downtime and improve reliability. 

 

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

  • Strong experience in wind farm operations and maintenance. 

  • Proven leadership and people-management skills 

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. 

  • Proactive, safety-focused, and committed to operational excellence. 

 

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ME/EE/CE)

  • At least (3) years related work experience in renewable energy generation

  • Licensed Engineer

  • With Global Wind Organization (GWO) Certification

 

Technical / Functional Skills:

  • Proficiency in [systems/tools/processes]
