As Total Rewards, Technology, and Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for providing insights through data, ensuring policies and procedures are established, and proactively monitoring market trends and technology development to support organization’s needs  and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with various teams to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

 

  • Budget Creation & Management:

    • Handles Personnel Cost Creation and Management.

    • Manages HR Opex Creation and Management.

    • Handles Budget ID Management.

    • Manages JERA Budget Creation and Approval.

    • Ensures SLA Management and oversees GTCOE - JERA Charging.

 

  • Financial Monitoring & Alignment:

    • Conducts Monthly DER Monitoring and Analysis.

    • Performs Midyear LTF Management and Analysis.

    • Ensures OWP alignment with Personnel Cost Budget.

    • Manages Alignment and Consolidation of all Legal Entity's Personnel Cost Budget.

    • Serves as the primary POC for all Budget-related concerns.

    • Oversees JERA Assignment and Tax Annual Reporting.

 

  • Governance, Process & Quality Review:

    • Conducts Policy / Guideline Reviews and Process Improvements within scope.

    • Performs 2nd Level Review for Supervisors and Below Job Evaluation.

    • Acts as SF Data Steward.

    • Facilitates iLead Cascades and Policy / Guideline Cascades.

    • Serves as Internal Audit Lead.

    • Provides Back-up Support across the function.

 

  • Strategic Projects & Recognition:

    • Leads and oversees Automation Projects.

    • Drives the Creation of Rewards & Recognition Structure.

 

  • Compensation Management:

    • Performs Annual Merit Increase, Performance Incentive Scheme, and other company bonuses.

    • Ensures compliance with statutory requirements related to employee compensation (e.g., Tax Annualization, Annual ITR).

    • Ensures compliance with government-mandated benefits and regulations.

    • Prepares the template for MI/PIS computation and cascade material.

 

  • Performance Management: Prepares Peer Calibration templates.

 

  • Benefits Administration:

    • Ensures alignment of BU benefits programs with AP.

    • Collaborates with AP HR on Benefits review.

    • Researches and implements new benefits based on industry trends.

    • Conducts periodic reviews and recommends policy improvements through regular evaluation of current practices and standards.

    • Prepares and submits retirement actuarial reports.

  • HR Systems: Ensures data completeness and accuracy in People Central.

 

  • Technology Development: Determines, implements, and monitors the development of innovative strategies to support organizational needs.

 

  • Analytics: Collects and studies data (thermal level) from HRBP, provides insights based on gathered data, and provides forecasts.

 

  • Integrated Management System (IMS):

    • Conforms to Quality, Environmental, OHS, and Information Security Management Systems policies (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 27001).

    • Reports EHS and Information Security events/incidents or security risks.

    • Protects information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference; maintains document availability, confidentiality, and integrity.

  • Others:

    • Participates in SBU-wide meetings for the TR-TC pillar.

    • Performs other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

 

What You Will Need:

 

Education & Experience:

  • Professional Experience: College graduate with at least 3 years of working experience.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of experience.
  • Project Experience: At least 1 year of experience
